To ensure the freshness and quality of the product, we ship certain products in an insulated cold box with ice packs or gel packs to maintain the appropriate temperature during transit or unless if the product is safe to do so for regular shipping then insulation cold shipment may not be needed.

2. Refrigeration upon Arrival:
Upon receiving the product, you should refrigerate it immediately. This helps preserve its freshness, quality, and safety. The product must be kept refrigerated at all times and should be consumed within 1 month. Use a separate utensil to scoop the product when using it, which can help prevent cross-contamination and spoilage or quality degradation.

3. Shipping Timeframe:
Because the product is a perishable product that requires quick delivery, we prioritize fast shipping methods to minimize transit time. Due to the need for faster shipping and some packages may need temperature-controlled packaging, shipping carriers may charge more for the expedited delivery process. Please expect the shipping fees to be higher as it is necessary to ensure the product arrives in optimal condition and on time.

4. Delivery Time:
We aim to ship most to all product orders within Overnight shipment to 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, transit time can vary. We encourage customers to track their shipments to anticipate the delivery date.

5. Cold Packaging:
Certain products may need to be shipped in a cold insulated box, which may include ice packs or gel packs, depending on weather conditions. While we take the utmost care to ensure your product stays cold, some thawing of ice packs may occur during transit, especially on longer shipping routes. As long as the product has remained cold upon arrival, it is still safe to consume.

6. Returns and Refunds:
Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective during shipping.
