Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our DVchi! We want you to love our DVchi as much as we do. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a few guidelines in place for returns and refunds to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or consumed products. All of our DVchi products are final sale once purchased. Please ensure you are satisfied with your order before confirming your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a defect in any of the products you’ve purchased, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a full or partial refund for the affected items based on individual circumstances.

To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective product:

  2. Our team will verify your purchase and the issue with your purchase. After verification, you will be provided further instructions if needed or a solution on how to proceed.

3. Wrong Item Delivered

If we sent you the wrong item(s), please contact our support team within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for the correct product(s) to be sent to you at no additional charge.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

4. Refunds

Once we’ve received your return or verified the issue, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. With some banks and credit providers, the refund may take 14 days or up to a full statement cycle for the amount to appear back in your account.

We do not issue a refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, disagreement with the delivery carrier or unable to pickup the delivery, etc)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, lost by carrier, delayed or damaged by a natural disaster, etc)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of DVchi.
  • The return item is different from what was originally purchased (swapped) or materially different or item is not in it original condition or damaged.

5. Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind.
